In-store pick up
Convenient in-store pickup (free) from our Sherwood Park store (406 Kaska Road).
Step 1: Upon checkout you will be able to choose from the available pick up dates and times.
Step 2: You'll receive an Email from us that your order is ready. Once you receive the Email you are welcome to stop by to pick up your order any time during regular store hours regardless of the date and time slot you picked when you placed your order.
Local Delivery contactless
Our partner SwiftTime delivers your order for a flat-rate fee of $14 to any address located in Edmonton, St. Albert, and Sherwood Park (excluding postal codes starting with T8G).
Step 1: Upon checkout you can choose from the available delivery dates (up to 10 days in advance). We have a limited amount of delivery slots every. If a specific date is not available (greyed out in the calendar), that means that all slots are full. The delivery is contactless, so please leave a phone number that we can reach the recipient at in the delivery instructions.
Step 2: SwiftTime will deliver your parcel between 12pm and 3pm on your chosen date.
Note: SwiftTime wants to ensure contactless delivery. So unless otherwise instructed, the driver will ring the door bell and/or call/text the recipient once the parcel has been dropped off at the door. You are welcome to leave instructions for the driver (e.g. drop off on front porch or in parcel box etc.) in the "Delivery instructions" section on the checkout page.
We always want you to receive our product in the same perfect condition it leaves our facility in. However, shipping with Canada Post & FedEx across Canada in the summer months is a challenge. We recommend choosing from the FedEx Overnight options (note that FedEx does not deliver to PO box addresses) to limit the duration our products are in transit. Though we are doing our best when packing your parcel, we cannot guarantee its condition once it's handed over to the carrier.
Shipments with Canada Post will be carded for pickup at the nearest post office. Note that in times of extreme heat, we may temporarily disable shipping options on our website.
We are giving you access to our discounted business rates and we do not charge any handling fee. The shipping rate is dependent on the shipping destination and the delivery speed (you have the choice between Standard, Express, and Overnight shipping services). COVID-19: FedEx is doing their best to continue operating as government restrictions and regulations allow, but they have temporarily suspended their money-back guarantee for late deliveries until further notice.

By completing your order you acknowledge that once a package leaves our facility in Sherwood Park, we take no responsibility for any package delays as we have no control on potential delivery issues, including the chocolates being heat damaged. Should your package arrive after the carrier’s guaranteed delivery date, please contact us and we can initiate a refund for the shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued once a claim has been accepted by the carrier. All pricing shown on our website does not include taxes. The tax will be calculated upon checkout and is dependent on the shipping address (if applicable), as determined by the CRA.
For example, if your billing address is in Alberta, but you are sending an order through our online shop as a gift to someone in B.C., you will be charged 5% HST and 7% PST.
