Position Details

Role Title: Fulfillment Assistant

Base Location: Sherwood Park

Department: Fulfillment

Reports To: Fulfillment Lead

Shift: 8am-4pm from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Contract Length: Seasonal, September 2025– March 2026, 6 months, with possibility of extension

What you’ll do

·          Assist in monitoring, printing, prioritizing and fulfilling online orders

·          Assist in resolving all issues related to online orders

·          Pick, pack, check and assist in shipping all orders (online, corporate, wholesale)

·          Assist in all logistics for FedEx, Canada Post, Propello, ATS

·          Assist in maintaining finished goods inventory levels utilizing our internal systems  

 (Shopify & ERP)

·          Answer shipping/receiving door and assist in the receiving process in accordance

with our  HACCP program

·          Cleaning & management of the Fulfillment/Warehouse areas in accordance with our

HACCP program

·          Month-end inventory tasks

·          Assist the packaging team in packaging products as needed

Who you are

·          Strong organizational and time management skills for a high-volume, fast-paced environment

·          High level of accuracy and attention to detail

·          Ability to manage fluctuating volumes of work with a focus on prioritization

·          Can work well as a team player as well as independently

·          Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job – work on feet for long periods of time, lift and move heavy boxes (40lbs)

·          Proficiency in operating mail metering equipment, courier tracking systems, courier delivery systems, Microsoft Office and database software

·          Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·          Strong multitasking abilities with a keen sense for prioritization

·          Excellent technical problem-solving skills in our various software platforms
