In-store pick up

Convenient in-store pickup (free) from our Sherwood Park store (406 Kaska Road).

Step 1: Upon checkout you will be able to choose from the available pick up dates and times.

Step 2: You'll receive an Email from us that your order is ready. Once you receive the Email you are welcome to stop by to pick up your order any time during regular store hours regardless of the date and time slot you picked when you placed your order.

 Shipping

The  shipping rate  is dependent on the shipping destination and the delivery speed (you have the choice between Standard, Express, and Overnight shipping services).

Once your order leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for any damage, loss, postal strike or delays that may occur during shipping. While we take every precaution to ensure that your items are carefully packaged, we cannot guarantee the handling and condition of the package once it is in the possession of the shipping carrier. For concerns or claims related to shipping, please contact the carrier directly.
