Role Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Have a good understanding of the products to actively engage with customers and make recommendations
- Responsible for stocking shelves and arranging displays
- Handling transactions accurately and efficiently
- Opening and closing boutique
- Keeping the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Collaborating with colleagues and working effectively as part of a team
Candidate Requirements:
- Must have a positive, can-do attitude
- Must have transportation
- Must be committed to our core purpose of spreading joy
- Must be able to work well under pressure in peak seasons
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays when needed
- Must have excellent time management skills, with a high level of detail
- Must be willing to work autonomously and with a team
Hours per week: Seasonal/Part time on an as-needed basis.
Based Primarily out of Sherwood Park Boutique with occasional availability at Crestwood Boutique
Standard Retail hours Monday- Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday 10am-5pm
Weekend availability is required
